Very happy Thursday and the Ragtag Daily Prompt is chiton.
The Pacific Northwest has wonderful tidepools, here: https://www.nps.gov/olym/learn/nature/tidal-life.htm . I looked up chitons, because I have seen two species. There are more like seven or eight!
Draw a picture, paint a giant mural, write a story, a poem, an ode, a scientific explanation of the habits of a particular species and link back to here. Read the other contributions and have a wonderful Thursday!

I was thinking about a chiton costume. The fringe around it is called it’s girdle. Next Halloween!
