RDP Tuesday: demur

Good morning and very happy Tuesday Ragtag Daily Prompt. The word is demur.

The word is not demure. Demur has a different meaning. Honestly, I usually see it in the mildly trashy Regency Romances, but it is an interesting word. Draw a picture, write a story, an epic, a poem, a limerick. Illustrate the meaning with cartoon stick figures or a dramatic oil painting. My cats were demurring about something the other day. I was not privy to the discussion.
