RDP Tuesday: GRISTLE

Very happy Tuesday Ragtag Daily Prompt. My word today is GRISTLE.

What a lovely word, gristle, to sink your teeth in to. Will you chew on it, swallow it, digest it? It is attached to bone, right? It is an animal word. What is the medical equivalent? Will you draw it, write it, act it out on video, tweet it, twerk it, work it or dance it.
