Very happy Ragtag Daily Prompt Tuesday and my word is chorus.
I am in Rainshadow Chorale and we just had our first concert since Covid-19 started. We practiced outside in light rain the first time and then in masks and coats in a church with the windows wide open. We sang in a church with a reduced audience and in masks. The audience all had masks and brought proof of vaccination.
What joy to sing together again! What joy to sing to an audience again! Write about your experience with chorus, singing, listening, watching, drawing. Send photographs or collages or finger puppet movies. Have a wonderful Tuesday and do read the posts by everyone else.

The photograph is from 2012. Some of my chorus came and sang for my sister’s memorial after she died of cancer.
What a bittersweet memory🙏🏼❤️

I can only imagine how much fun it must have been to regroup, rehearse and then sing in front of an audience again. It’s nice to hear a story like this about one little slice of someone’s life starting to return to normal. I’ve often thought of checking out a UU service.

How beautiful that members of your chorus sang for your sister- what a wonderful show of love and support that must have been.
