RDP-SUNDAY- PRAGMATIC

It was only during the mid-1800’s that today’s prompt began to become a synonym for ‘practical’! Prior to that it denoted skill in business or law. Then it referred to one who was meddlesome or conceited! The current definition is “relating to matters of fact or practical affairs often to the exclusion of intellectual or artistic matters : practical as opposed to idealistic” (Merriam-Webster)

Today’s Ragtag Daily Prompt is

PRAGMATIC

Put your thinking cap on (or take it off for a more artistic approach!) and create a post. It can be prose, poetry, photographs or anything else that is appropriate to the platform. The post it here with a pingback and the tags of ‘RDP’, ‘Ragtag Daily Prompt’, and ‘Pragmatic’

Then come on back and see how others used their little gray cells (thank you, Agatha Christi and Hercule Poirot). There may be something that strikes your fancy!

See you next Sunday. Stay safe and be well!
