RDP Sunday — STENTORIAN

I’ve really enjoyed Nicholas Rhea’s Constable books, which led to the 1950s BBC series, “Heartbeat.” In Constable in the Dale, our long-suffering constable relates how auctioneer Ralph cajoles the local amateur musicians into forming an orchestra:
“Ralph’s…stentorian tones were an asset when conducting the Aidensfield String Orchestra. When unwelcome sounds emanated from the music makers of the village, he could quell them with suitably loud advice.”

Our prompt word for today: STENTORIAN

Anyone can join in the fun and create a post — words, images, or both — inspired by this word!
