Another verb I love. Makes me think of the cat goddess Bast and how my cat loves to bask in the sunlight.  Have fun with it

Bask

verb
1. lie exposed to warmth and light, typically from the sun, for relaxation and pleasure.

2. revel in and make the most of (something pleasing).

from old norse “batha” meaning “to bathe”.
