It’s that time of year again. Here in the northern hemisphere we’re busy sweeping up dead leaves, and dead-heading the remaining flowers. Hallowe’en brings out ghouls and ghosts of all sorts. On November 1st Catholic countries all over the world will be celebrating All Saints’ Day, when families remember family members who are no longer with them. And in Mexico, the day after, there’s the Día de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead.
So …. just in time, let’s have Dead as our word for the day.
