Ragtag Daily Prompt of the day : Spoof

Create a new post inspired by today’s prompt.Feel free to be inspired to write fiction, nonfiction or create photos, art.

For those who like to rhyme, some possibilities at Rhyming Dictionary. And no, you don’t have to rhyme.  I do haiku so I’m not rhyming.


noun: spoof; plural noun: spoofs
  1. a humorous imitation of something, typically a film or a particular genre of film, in which its characteristic features are exaggerated for comic effect.
  2. a trick played on someone as a joke.
    3. a light humorous parody, satirical imitation; ar send-up

4. (Computers) To assume or emulate the identity of (another user or device) in order to gain access to a system.

  1. I actually shed a tear as I posted this one. Worse, I order ANOTHER copy of it, though it is also playing (free, if you have Prime) on Amazon. This is the laster version of it and I’m hoping it’s the one with all the bits in it that they sometimes cut out of it. We really LOVE this movie. I don’t mean like it. LOVE it. I want to take it to bed and hug it in my sleep.

    1. My dad has a lot of DVDs and he loved Westerns so has a big collection of them. I’ll have to look through them as your post made it sound like fun
